Georgia commits to private investment mobilization in sustainable development. Georgia plans to introduce measures to mobilise private investment in sustainable infrastructure. The country is steadily shifting towards the sustainable utility of various resources by introducing energy-efficient and alternative energy stoves to halt environmental degradation. Through the joint commitment of the state and private sector, the country is planning to further enhance investments for energy-efficient and alternative energy stove production facilities aimed at lowering the pressure on forests.

Georgia commits to strengthen environmental legal frameworks that govern infrastructure development. Elaboration of the draft law of Georgia on Biological Diversity is in the process, which will create a legal basis for the fulfilment of the obligations under the EU/Georgia Association Agreement to harmonise Georgian legislation of nature conservation with European. It should be also noted that as some issues connected to fisheries are still regulated by sub-laws, it is planned to develop a comprehensive legislative basis to ensure sustainable use of fish resources. As a first step, it is planned to develop a National Concept on Sustainable Fisheries. The above mentioned laws and the concept will facilitate the effective governance of infrastructure development.

Estonia commits to improving air quality assessment and monitoring systems. In order to meet the objectives of climate neutrality and to verify the effectiveness of policies and measures implemented and to raise public awareness, it is necessary to update and expand the national monitoring network to cover most of the country's territory and thus provide the population with location - based monitoring information. Based on the updated monitoring network and the modelling system based on it, as well as the results of the health impact assessment, an IT solution should be created where climate and ambient air pressure factors are related to population health information and personal data pollutant health risk assessments.

CAREC commits to support of the Central Asia Nexus Dialogue: Fostering Water, Energy and Food Security Nexus and Multi-Sector Investment. CAREC commits to establishing a sustainable transparency framework at the governmental level of the Central Asian Region to assess the environmental impact of climate actions and policies in order to help countries to take more ambitious climate actions and develop their NDCs in accordance with robust data. Strengthening capacity for greenhouse gas monitoring, reporting and verification MRV through the best available tools and methodologies. This is done through the establishment of the Regional Climate Action Transparency Hub (ReCATH) in Central Asia by the International Climate Action Transparency Hub (ICAT).
