This case study analyses the gaps and opportunities in plastics recycling in Mongolia. It begins by assessing the current state of plastic waste production and management, and then compares plastic recycling capabilities in the EU and Mongolia before concluding with recommendations to maximize opportunities in the plastic recycling value chain.
