InforMEA provides a free online course on Industrial Chemicals Databases and Information Sharing, which aims to enhance usability and accessibility of environment, health and safety (EHS) information about industrial chemicals on the market. It is based on the collaboratively compiled outcomes of the UNEP and ICCA study Knowledge Management and Information Sharing for the Sound Management of Industrial Chemicals.
The course primarily targets those who are seeking to find EHS and regulatory information on industrial chemicals, helping them to inform policy makers on how such databases on chemicals have been developed and how they are fit for purpose. It consists of 4 modules:
