On 16-18 November 2021, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is hosting the 2021 Green Growth and Sustainable Development (GGSD) Forum under the theme “A green recovery: Rethinking the built environment and transport”.
To mobilize engagement and awareness around the energy-related greenhouse gas emissions produced in cities, the GGSD Forum will focus on COVID-19 recovery measures and their role in greening the built environment and the transport sector. It will discuss ways to potentialize recovery measures in achieving net-zero objectives, simultaneously envisioning a more resilient future through better designed and greener cities. The event aims to provide concrete recommendations and measurement tools to support countries’ green transitions as well as key areas of future OECD work.
The GGSD Forum will be held at OECD Headquarters in Paris, but participants can also join online.
