On 3-5 March 2022, the UN Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) is hosting the 2022 Africa Regional Forum on Sustainable Development.
The event's theme is "Building forward better: A green, inclusive and resilient Africa poised to achieve the 2030 Agenda and Agenda 2063."
The Eighth session of the Africa Regional Forum will evaluate progress made and exchange knowledge, good practices and policy solutions that could support the implementation of the 2030 Agenda and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The SDGs that will be addressed more in-depth are 4 (education), 5 (gender equality), 14 (life below water), 15 (life and land) and 17 (partnerships).
