On 28 to 30 November 2018, VITO (the prime research and technology organization on cleantech and sustainable development in Belgium) and its international partners ACTS (African Centre for Technology Studies), AIT (Asian Institute of Technology), FIOCRUZ (Fundação Oswaldo Cruz), IITD (Indian Institute of Technology Delhi) and TERI (The Energy and Resources Institute) are holding the the G-STIC 2018 conference on the theme of "Connecting Technological Innovation to Decision Making for Sustainability" in Brussels, Belgium.
G-STIC 2018 focuses on integrated technological solutions that potentially have a large impact on the achievement of the SDGs and climate change goals. The activities in G-STIC 2018 are organized and structured in 13 thematic areas, including 7 thematic clusters and 6 cross-cutting themes addressing aspects that are of global importance to the thematic clusters.
