From 24 October to 10 November 2022, Capitals Hub will host the hybrid Global Dialogues 2022. The dialogues are a collaborative convening of the Capitals Community across the globe to share experiences and discuss transforming decision-making by including the value of nature, people and society.
Some of the events focus on social values in Europe, nature-based disclosures for businesses in Scotland, and the Canadian perspective on a multi-capital approach to regenerative economies or systemic changes within the food system.
Capitals Hub has joined forces with Business for Nature to push for a strong and ambitious targets within the Global Biodiversity Framework at the UN CBD COP15. The revised target would mandate assessment and disclosure of impacts and dependencies on nature for large businesses and financial institutions. In a closing session on 10 November, participants will recap the three weeks of discussion and outline next steps to take as a global community.
