On 2-3 June 2025 (10:30-18:30 CEST), the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development OOECD) will host its annual Green Growth and Sustainable Development Forum to explore how forests and farming can play a bigger role in fighting climate change.
The forum will explore smarter forest management, biodiversity-friendly farming and ways to stay productive amid climate risks. It will address challenges in measuring emissions and removals, mobilizing climate finance, and aligning forest policies with local realities.
Bringing together voices from government, business and civil society, the forum will spotlight strategies to cut agricultural and forest emissions and enhance their carbon absorption.
