On 3-11 September 2021, the International Union for Conservation of Nature is hosting the IUCN World Conservation Congress.
The first hybrid in-person and virtual environmental event since the COVID-19 pandemic began, the meeting will drive action on nature-based recovery, climate change and biodiversity post-2020.
The IUCN World Conservation Congress is where the world comes together to set priorities and drive conservation and sustainable development action. IUCN’s 1400+ government, civil society and indigenous peoples’ Member organizations vote on major issues, action which guides humanity’s relationship with the planet for the decades ahead.
