On 28 November 2018, the Natural Capital Coalition is holding "Natural Capital Coalition Collaboration Day".
The day aims to serve as an opportunity for the natural capital community to reflect, discuss, challenge and prioritize for the year ahead. The group will take stock of action and lessons learnt since the Coalition community last met, looking at the global picture of natural capital thinking, and hear how businesses and others can influence change across different scales.
Last year, the Coalition decided by vote that policy should be the topic of focus for the community, so the group will discuss the progress resulting from the Government Dialogue and other policy engagement efforts. The group will also look at next steps to shift natural capital thinking into the new normal. With lots of networking alongside!
This event takes place within the framework of "Natural Capital Week 2018" (26-30 November 2018), where leading organizations geared towards sustainability are convening in Paris, France to debate and discuss the best ways forward to a greener future in three key areas: green growth, natural capital, and green finance.
