The Sustainable Energy for All Forum (SEforALL), taking place in Kigali, Rwanda, on 26-28 May, brings together leaders in government, the private sector and civil society to advance UN Sustainable Development Goal 7 (SDG7), which calls for universal access to sustainable energy by 2030, and the Paris Agreement, which calls for reducing greenhouse gas emissions to limit climate warming to below 2°C.
The 2020 SEforALL Forum will provide a global platform to mobilize resources and launch new financial instruments that will close the energy access gap effectively and efficiently. An integral element of the forum is the marketplace, which is set up for partners to broker further partnerships and showcase their work on sustainable energy.
