The Office for Latin America and the Caribbean of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) in cooperation with the Alliance of Ibero-American Networks of Universities for Sustainability and the Environment (ARIUSA) are hosting the Sustainable Foods webinar (In Spanish), the first of the series of The Little Book of Green Nudges. With the aim of sharing the work and tools available in Latin America and the Caribbean towards the integration of policies, programs and actions for a sustainable diet, the reduction of food loss and waste, and the review of indicators in higher education institutions and university campuses for the scope of the 2030 Agenda.
