On 5-6 June 2019, the United Nations Environment Programme – Finance Initiative (UNEP FI) is holding the Regional Roundtable for Sustainable Finance in Asia Pacific in Shanghai, China.
The event will bring together UNEP FI members and sustainable finance practitioners for two days of insights into advances in sustainable finance. It will feature key developments such as the benefits of sustainable finance integration in national economies in Asia Pacific, uptake and implementation of the Principles for Responsible Banking, positive impact measurement and growth, delivering sustainable infrastructure, implementing the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures, natural capital tools as well as cutting edge applications of fintech in green financing.
The event is co-organised with the Shanghai Lujiazui Financial City Council Green Finance Development Committee (“GFDC”) and in collaboration with the Principles for Responsible Investment – Syn Tao Green Finance China Social Investment Forum.
