On 26-30 June 2022, the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) is hosting the 11th World Urban Forum in Katowice, Poland.
The theme of the meeting - Transforming our Cities for a Better Urban Future - will provide greater insights and clarity on the future of cities based on existing trends, challenges and opportunities, as well as suggest ways cities can be better prepared to address future pandemics and a wide range of other shocks.
The event will include dialogues on a range of topics, including urban crises and recovery, resilience for a sustainable urban future, future urban economy and finance, and innovative solutions and technologies for city transformation.
