This training manual has been produced in December 2019 by the Rwanda Environment and Management Authority through the Poverty-Environment Action in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). This manual builds on several existing policies, reports and manuals on gender equality and gender mainstreaming in environment and climate change. A selective consolidation was adjusted to the needs of the Rwanda Environment and Management Authority.
