The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has developed tools to support climate risk screening and management in strategy, project and activity design. These tools are meant to improve the effectiveness and sustainability of development interventions by helping the user to assess and address climate risk.
The tools are intended to be living documents that will be updated to incorporate feedback and learning as USAID missions and operating units use them to manage climate risk in strategies, projects and activities.
