Manual for National Reports under Article 15 of the Stockholm Convention

This manual supports Parties to the Stockholm Convention in completing their national reports in line with Article 15. It explains the information requested in the reporting questionnaire and, where relevant, provides guidance on how to fill out each section.

The Stockholm Convention seeks to protect human health and the environment from persistent organic pollutants (POPs) — toxic chemicals that resist degradation, accumulate in living organisms and travel long distances.

Under Article 15, Parties must report on the measures they have taken to implement the Convention and evaluate how effective these actions are in achieving its objectives.
