Manual for National Reports under Article 15 of the Stockholm Convention

This manual assists Parties to the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants in completing the national report required under Article 15 of the Convention. 

Article 15 requires Parties to report to the Conference of the Parties on measures taken to implement the Convention and their effectiveness in achieving its objectives. 

The manual explains the national reporting questionnaire and provides guidance on completing it, including reporting on implementation measures, their effectiveness, and progress in eliminating polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) and perfluorooctane sulfonic acid (PFOS), its salts and perfluorooctane sulfonyl fluoride (PFOS-F).
