Voluntary Guidelines for the Design and Effective Implementation Of Ecosystem Based Approaches to Climate Change Adaptation and Disaster Risk Reduction and Supplementary Information

This guideline is intended to support policymakers and implementers, including subnational governments, indigenous peoples, local communities, NGOs, private sector stakeholders, research institutions, and funding agencies in designing and implementing effective ecosystem-based approaches (EbA) to climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction (DRR). The guideline consists of a primer for policymakers as well as voluntary guidelines for the design and effective implementation of ecosystem-based approaches.
