The Structure of the National Strategy for Sustainable Development 2011-2015 consists of the domestic and foreign conditions and outlook, vision and prospects, strategies and implementation tasks, detailed implementation issues, and national indicators on the sustainable development. This strategy covers the response and adaptation to the climate change, the industrial economy, society and public health, 4 strategies in land and environmental sectors, 25 implementation tasks, and 84 detailed tasks.
The chapter 2 of this document presents the core strategies and implementation plans for Korea's sustainable development with four key agenda on:

- Adaptation to Climate Change Response Mechanisms
- Promote Social Equity and Public Health
- Improve Sustainability Economics and Industrial Structure
