Mongolia's National Action Plan on sustainable public procurement (SPP) is based on a desk study and findings of the Status Assessment Report, Market Readiness Report, SPP Prioritisation Report, Legal Review Report as well as feedback from the technical consultative meeting organised on 18th of September of 2017.
Creating a National Action Plan (NAP) for SPP is a key part of implementation. It provides a clear direction and mandate for SPP implementation and a sound basis for building a coherent and well-coordinated approach.
