The Green Growth Knowledge Platform (GGKP) is looking for a dynamic intern to assist with its programme management activities.
The GGKP is a ground-breaking partnership between over 35 leading international organizations, research institutes and think tanks focused on:
i. Collaboratively identifying knowledge gaps in green growth theory and practice;
ii. Catalyzing knowledge generation to address these gaps; and
iii. Sharing and disseminating green growth knowledge.
Its founding members, the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI), the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), and the World Bank comprise GGKP’s Steering Committee, and provide strategic direction and oversight for the initiative.
UNEP and GGGI jointly manage the GGKP office on behalf of the founding members and other partners.

Responsibilities
- Identify and collect information on green growth projects being carried out by GGKP partners and other leading organizations in the field of green growth;
- Identify and collect green growth and related policies enacted at the national level;
- Assist in the development of content for the GGKP web platform, including news updates, event announcements and blog posts;
- Identify, collect and categorize green growth resources to be part of the GGKP resources library and learning page, including green growth research and analysis, training courses, multimedia and online tools;
- Collect and draft, as appropriate, short summaries and abstracts of green growth research and analysis;
- Assist in the organization of the 2015 GGKP Annual Conference, including logistical activities for the conference and the development of the communications and outreach materials;
- Track various knowledge sharing mechanisms, such as online knowledge sharing platforms, internal communication groups, topical conferences, etc., and report on key developments, news or events relevant to GGKP or it users; and
- Assist in the identification, design and implementation of new knowledge sharing processes and mechanisms for the GGKP, including those which capitalize on the GGKP’s new web platform.
