Issue 4 of UN-DESA's Guidebook to the Green Economy focuses on the various international green economy platforms, partnerships, programs, funds and other initiatives providing services, such as information exchange, data management, capacity building, finance, and technology services, to support countries and stakeholders to implement a green economy. The guidebook, also aims to map out the key actors involved, the key services that they provide to countries, and the geographical reach of these initiatives.
