P4G – Partnering for Green Growth and the Global Goals 2030 – is calling for applications to the P4G State-of-the-Art Partnership Awards 2019.
Now in its second year, the P4G State-of-the-Art Partnership Awards program celebrates the world’s most innovative partnerships for sustainable development. P4G seeks public-private partnerships that have achieved measurable success in five focus areas – food and agriculture, water, energy, cities, and the circular economy.
State-of-the-Art Partnership Award applicants will be evaluated by a panel of expert judges representing each focal sector. These judges will select one finalist per sector to receive an award of excellence, which will then be invited to an awards event on 23 September 2019 on the sidelines of the UN Climate Action Summit in New York City. At this event, a second panel of judges will evaluate pitches from each finalist, from which they will choose the State-of-the-Art Partnership of the Year.
Winners will gain significant recognition as best-in-class for each of the five eligible SDGs. At the awards event in New York City, finalists will be announced to an audience of high-level government and corporate attendees and gain exposure through their partnership presentations. Following the selection of the Partnership of the Year, award winners will be featured and promoted across the networks of all State-of-the-Art Partnership promotional partners and considered for inclusion in the P4G State-of-the-Art Partnership report planned for release at the 2020 P4G Global Summit.
