CHINCA (China International Contractors Association)

China International Contractors Association (CHINCA) is a national organization formed by Chinese international project investors, contractors, labor service companies, and related service providers. CHINCA has been actively performing its duty of communicating members' appeals, strengthening industry self-discipline, and providing professional services since its establishment in 1988, and aims to drive the sound development of its members and promote the rapid and healthy progress of China's international investment and economic cooperation.

CHINCA now has more than 1,300 members, among which over 1,000 are engaged in international project engineering, contracting and investment, representing about 90% of the whole industry business value and distributing in more than 190 countries and regions. For years, more than 60 of CHINCA's members have been listed in Engineering News-Record's (ENR) Top 250 International Contractors, and several key members within the Fortune Global 500.

CHINCA members have undertaken various projects in the fields of transportation, power and electricity, housing, petrochemical industry, telecommunication, water conservancy, and industrial and manufacturing construction. They have rich experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects, and are actively involved in Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT), and other investment projects internationally.

Labor service members are engaged in dispatching technical and managerial personnel and skilled contract workers to countries outside of China, in the areas of manufacturing, construction, transportation, medical service, IT service, catering, agriculture, husbandry, and fishery industries.

CHINCA members also include service providers, such as financial institutions, insurance companies, logistics companies, consulting and law firms, as well as machinery, equipment, and building materials suppliers.
