The GGKP is committed to sharing knowledge and learning that enables a diverse range of stakeholders across the globe to transition to an inclusive green economy. We seek knowledge on a wide range of green growth topics, which is:
- Relevant for Decision-Making. Knowledge that promotes green growth in the policy, business, and finance communities. This includes, but is not limited to, the wide range of sectors and themes featured on our platforms.
- Evidence-based. Knowledge that focuses on research, analyses, lessons learned, and results associated with prior, ongoing, and/or forthcoming decisions or activities. This includes peer-reviewed research as well as knowledge based, more broadly, on an established methodology or theory of change. While we don't make or advocate for decisions on which specific policies, financial mechanisms, or enterprise operations should be adopted by who, or how, we do aim to provide decision-makers with knowledge that enables them to make more informed decisions and to learn from each other.
- Reliable. Knowledge that is published by reputable sources, including, but not limited to, our partner organisations. This generally includes knowledge published by non-governmental organisations, international institutions, think tanks, academic institutions or centres, and professional associations. Knowledge shared by the private sector may be considered if they align with GGKP’s mission and guiding principles.
- Diverse. Knowledge that promotes public and private sector stakeholders to adopt and implement green growth pathways, recognising that there are many different ways to achieve this. Therefore, the views expressed within the research, case studies, and other knowledge products that we post do not necessarily reflect the views of GGKP or its partners but are part of a larger ecosystem of knowledge for consideration by decision-makers in governments, business, and other organisations. Please refer to our Terms of Use for more information.
- Adaptable. When sharing specific case studies, GGKP focuses on promoting good practices implemented by governments, organisations, and companies that could be adapted to other countries, companies, or contexts.
- Open. Knowledge that is available online for public use. Most knowledge shared by GGKP is freely available, with no costs associated with accessing or redistributing it. Paid trainings from partner institutions or organisations may be considered on a case-by-case basis if they part of a broader research project and align with GGKP’s mission and guiding principles.
