Anthony Dzadzra is a lawyer by profession. He holds a post graduate degree in Public Policy from Princeton University, USA, Master of Arts Degree in Economic Policy Management and a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Ghana, Legon. He has a post graduate Diploma in Public Policy, Governance and Democratization from the Institute of Social Studies, the Netherlands. He is currently the Head of Tax Policy Unit of the Ministry of Finance, Ghana. Prior to that, as Head of Tax Legislation and Exemptions he ensured tax legislations are drafted for government's policies that need legislative backing. He also ensured that financial Bills and Legislative Instruments that are needed to give effect to government’s financial policies are introduced in Parliament. He also vetted requests for tax exemptions and made recommendations. As a Pillar lead for Monitoring and Evaluation he ensured the achievement of the Monitoring and Evaluation targets in the Multi-donor Budgetary Support arrangements. He also served as the Minister's assistant in Parliament. In that role he served as the Liaison Officer between the Ministry and Parliament.
