Carlos Rosero

Carlos Rosero is a Project Assistant of the FARM Project in Ecuador, implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). 

Carlos has experience in international cooperation projects with a focus on sustainable development and institutional strengthening. His work focuses on budget monitoring and operational coordination in support of the implementation of the FARM Project. Prior to joining FARM, he worked with HIAS on initiatives related to economic inclusion and human mobility, contributing to project implementation in complex social and institutional contexts. 

Carlos holds a degree in Economics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador (PUCE) and has completed academic studies in France.
