Caroline Ott

Caroline Ott is a Senior Associate in the climate finance program of the Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI). Prior to RMI, Caroline worked in the World Bank's Climate and Carbon Finance Unit, where she implemented a $50 million project piloting the use of auctions to allocate climate finance. Caroline has also worked as a strategy consultant at California Environmental Associates, where she advised environmental nonprofits and foundations on program design and evaluation, and as a carbon markets analyst at Ecosystem Marketplace. She holds a bachelor’s in economics from Columbia University and a master’s in development economics from Tufts University.
