David Klenert

David Klenert is a PhD student at the Technical University Berlin and the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research. He works on assessing the distributional effects of climate change policies and public investment in infrastructure. His wider interests include environmental and welfare economics, as well as public finance topics.
