Delgermaa “Demma” Begz works as a Project Support Consultant for the Green Growth Knowledge Partnership, through her role, she provides support to the implementation of sustainable finance roadmaps and communication strategy within the GEF-funded project.
Prior to this role, she worked as Sustainable Finance Consultant at the UNDP Mongolia Country Office where she supported the ministries in developing a green and sustainability bond framework and identifying SDG-enabling investment opportunity areas for SDG Investor Mapping. She also worked at the Mongolian Sustainable Finance Association as a Project Manager and Consultant in the development of textile sector green loan criteria and ESG reporting guidance.
Delgermaa holds a bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from University of Finance and Economy (UFE, Mongolia) and a European Joint Master Degree in Environmental Sciences, Policy and Management (MESPOM) from Lund University (ILU, Sweden), Central European University (CEU, Hungary), and the University of the Aegean (UAegean, Greece).
