Diana is the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Gender Specialist of the FARM Project in Ecuador, implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
Diana has over fifteen years of professional experience in environmental and social projects, with a strong focus on monitoring and evaluation systems and the mainstreaming of gender considerations. Her work includes leading multidisciplinary teams in complex, multicultural, and challenging contexts, supporting the integration of inclusive, results-based, and socially responsive approaches into project implementation. She brings a collaborative perspective to strengthening project performance and achieving meaningful and sustainable impact.
Diana holds a degree in Management and Leadership Engineering, a master’s degree in Gender and Development, a postgraduate diploma in Integrated Project Management, and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Leadership.
