Dr. Ben Milligan

Dr. Ben Milligan is a Scientia Fellow at the University of New South Wales, Honorary Senior Research Fellow at the University College London Institute for Sustainable Resources, and a Visiting Senior Fellow at the Australian National Centre for Ocean Resources and Security. His research and advisory work focus on use of environmental information in public policymaking, and on the design of legal, institutional and policy frameworks for sustainable development. Ben currently serves as Secretariat Director of the Global Ocean Accounts Partnership, coordinates the Finance and Governance Working Group of the Pacific Blue Shipping Partnership, and is a member of the Expert Group advising the High-level Panel for a Sustainable Ocean Economy.
