Dulika Rathnayake
Junior Policy Analyst, OECD
Dulika holds a BA (Hons) in Leadership and Management from the University of Northumbria, UK. She has over 5 years of work experience in Human resource management, circular economy, renewable energy and as an intern to the Sri Lankan delegation to the COP22. She is now completing her final year of Master's degree in Development Economics and International Project Management at the University of Paris-Est Creteil.
She is a Sri Lankan national, and has recently joined the OECD Green Growth Coordination team, where she provides support to the planning and organisation of the annual flagship event, the 2017 Green Growth and Sustainable Development Forum on “Greening the Ocean Economy”.
