Eleanor Bell

Eleanor Bell is a Private Sector Development Specialist at the Donor Committee for Enterprise Development (DCED), a unique global forum of 23 bilateral and multilateral agencies which is the leading source of knowledge for Private Sector Development. She coordinates the DCED’s Green Growth Working Group, which aims to generate evidenced-based understanding of how to design, implement and measure green growth interventions effectively through the sharing of member experience. Prior to this, she studied for degrees in Economics from the University of Cambridge and History from the University of Oxford.
