Elior Bliah
Economist
Elior Bliah is a research fellow at Milken Innovation Center, Jerusalem Institute for Policy research, from Jerusalem, Israel. As a fellow, Bliah interns at the Policy and Strategy Division in the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
Elior takes part in the government program ‘Israel 2050 rode-map for low carbon economy’ where he is modelling the impact of the different governmental offices strategic plans and targets in terms of macroeconomic indicators. Prior to the internship, Bliah worked as an economist at the Bank of Israel.
He holds a B.Sc. in Environmental Economics and Management, honors program, and a M.A. in Financial Economics, Both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
