Fabian Felix has over 10 years of experience in civil/environmental engineering. He has dedicated his career to the advancement of sustainable development. He is an experienced project manager, civil engineer and technologist and has also made significant contributions to infrastructure data analytics and econometric modelling.
Throughout his career, Fabian has held leading technical and managerial roles implementing and supporting projects across the Caribbean including in Jamaica, Curacao, Dominica and Saint Lucia. His civil engineering and sustainable systems experience also includes major civil works projects such as green buildings, health facilities, land development and flood risk management, water and wastewater treatment.
Fabian is currently employed by the Government of Saint Lucia, working for the National Integrated Planning and Programme Unit in the Department of Finance. This unit reports directly to the Permanent Secretary on sustainable and integrated long-term Infrastructure Planning.
