Dr. Hari Bansha Dulal is a Senior Associate in the International Economic Growth Division’s Climate-Smart Development practice and Business Development Unit, and has more than 13 years of experience working, exclusively on climate change. Dulal is currently the project director for the Asian Development -funded technical assistance (TA) project: “Building Capacity for Climate Resilience” in Tajikistan. Has led multi-disciplinary teams to conduct climate change vulnerability and provided technical guidance on climate change adaptation and resilience in several countries in Asia, Africa, and Latin America & Caribbean. Dr. Dulal has extensive experience and expertise in the implementation of climate change projects and published almost two dozens articles/briefs/position papers analyzing intricate links between climate change and development. Dr. Dulal’s country project experience spans more than 12 countries in Asia, Africa, Central Asia, and Latin America and Caribbean.
