Helene Hoggen

Helene Hoggen works as Senior Advisor for green and innovative public procurement in the Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management/DFØ. She is Project Manager for the Action Plan to Increase the Share of Green and Innovative Public Procurement. Previous experience includes work in the Ministry of Climate and Environment with green public procurement, circular economy, trade and environment, international negotiations, corporate social responsibility and green competitiveness.
