Hugo Powell

Hugo Powell is an intern with the UNEP/GRID-Geneva’s department on sand monitoring and governance and is in charge of programming data scraping protocols for global sand aggregate movements and is helping develop the groups communications strategy. He is a student studying at the University of Geneva studying a Master’s in Innovation, Human Development, and Sustainability and prior to which he was working at the Virunga National Park in the Democractic Republic of Congo as Executive Assistant to the Head Warden.
