
Inhee heads the Sustainability and Safeguards Unit at GGGI, supporting more than 35 projects across Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, Middle East/North Africa and Latin America to mainstream environmental and social safeguards, poverty reduction, gender equality and social inclusion in GGGI's 26 country programs. Prior to GGGI, Inhee worked with the Environmental Resources Management (ERM) Group advising mainly multinational companies on improving their sustainability performance. Before ERM, Inhee spent over eight years with the United Nations Environment (UNEP) managing projects ranging from biodiversity, cleaner production, green buildings to supporting the UN system move towards climate neutrality. Inhee holds degrees in Environmental Science and Engineering, Environmental Economics and Management, and Environmental Technology with a focus on Energy Policy from both Korea and the UK.
