Jan Olsson

Jan Olsson is the Environment Ambassador at the Ministry of the Environment and Energy and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Sweden. Having worked with EU and international matters since 1994, his previous posts include head of EU and International Affairs at the Ministry of Enterprise, Energy and Communications, head of the secretariat of the EU Committee of the Swedish Parliament and, most recently (2009– 2014), Ambassador and Deputy Permanent Representative of Sweden to the European Union in Brussels. Mr. Olsson has a degree in Law from Stockholm University.
