Johanna is the Sustainable Finance Specialist of the FARM Project in Ecuador, implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
Johanna has over fifteen years of professional experience in the microfinance and sustainable development sectors. Her work focuses on the design of innovative financial mechanisms, institutional strengthening, and the integration of environmental and social criteria into credit operations. She has worked with international organizations, public entities, and private institutions, leading initiatives that link financing with sustainability objectives and social inclusion.
Johanna holds a degree in Banking and Finance Administration Engineering and a master’s degree in Project Management, complemented by specialized training in climate finance, gender, bioeconomy, and sustainability.
