Justine Garrett is a Green Growth and Sustainable Development Policy Analyst in the OECD Environment Directorate. She works with the coordinator of the OECD’s Green Growth Strategy to oversee the mainstreaming of green growth work across the OECD’s work programme. Prior to joining to OECD Environment Directorate, Justine worked at the International Energy Agency (IEA) as a Sustainable Energy Policy and Technology Analyst (February 2010 to November 2013). In 2013 she was responsible for the IEA’s input to the annual Clean Energy Ministerial, Tracking Clean Energy Progress, which reports on progress in the development and deployment of clean energy technologies. She also led the IEA’s work on legal and regulatory aspects of carbon capture and storage. Justine is an Australian commercial lawyer by training and started her career at Minter Ellison Lawyers in Canberra, Australia.
