Justyna Grosjean is Project Manager at GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) in Vietnam. She specializes in macroeconomic reform processes for green growth. Her projects focus on supporting Vietnam in its transition towards an environmentally and socially sustainable growth path and are based on strengthening the capacity of different government agencies in: (i) coordinating and monitoring the implementation of the Vietnam Green Growth Strategy and the Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development (ii) developing fiscal instruments for green growth and (iii) developing green finance instruments. Over the past seven years, Justyna has focused on fostering sustainable development in emerging economies at GIZ in Berlin and Hanoi, the German Federal Foreign Office, the Delegation of the European Union to China and UNECE in Geneva. She studied Economics at the Humboldt University and Public Policy at the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin.
