Katherine S Miles

Drawing on over 18 years of international experience, Katherine advises multilateral and bilateral international development agencies including among others UNCDF, UN Women and GIZ on private sector development, gender and women's economic empowerment, financial inclusion and the social dimensions of climate change.  She has recently produced a series of guidance sheets on gender and green growth for the DCED and is the co-author of its technical paper on Business Environment Reform and Gender. Katherine's most recent strategic advisory work has resulted in several publications on the theme of gender and climate risk insurance for the InsuResilience Global Partnership.
