Laura Platchkov

Laura Platchkov is a senior policy advisor at the Swiss Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN), International Affairs Division, where she focuses on green economy issues, in particular extractive industries and sustainable infrastructure. She previously worked for UK’s Department of Energy & Climate Change , as external consultant and research assistant at the University of Cambridge, in the field of sustainable development. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute Geneva, and a Master in Natural Resource Economics from the University of Birmingham.
