
Maria Dumpert supports the Green Growth Knowledge Partnership’s (GGKP) team on knowledge management, synthesis, and sharing. She is also a consultant with the World Bank, where she supports work on marine plastics and sustainable development, and the NDC Partnership's Climate Action Enhancement Package (CAEP), where she helps countries to access financing and technical assistance to enhance and implement their nationally determined contributions (NDCs). Prior to joining GGKP, Maria worked on environmental projects and research with the World Bank's Cambodia country office and at its headquarters in Washington, DC. Maria also has experience working across the public, private, and civil society sectors on a variety of issues, including with Ashoka East Africa, the U.S. Department of State, Corporate Executive Board, UNICEF, and U.S. Congress. Maria received a master's degree in international policy and development from Georgetown University and a bachelor's degree in public relations from the University of Texas.
