Mark Overman

Mark Overman is an economist and works as a senior policy officer at the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment in the Netherlands. He has been working on green growth and green economy issues since 2010. Initially, to coordinate the Dutch position on the OECD Green Growth Strategy, subsequently helping the EU and the NL government to prepare the topic of ‘green economy in the context of sustainable development and poverty eradication’ for the Rio+20 UN Conference and since early 2013 on national green growth policy in the Netherlands. Before 2010 he worked inter alia on the European territorial cooperation programs INTERREG in various positions.
