Marlen de la Chaux

Marlen is a technical expert on SME productivity and working conditions at the International Labour Organization (ILO). Her work focuses on promoting improvements to working conditions, productivity and environmental sustainability in SMEs, most recently through the ILO’s Productivity Ecosystems for Decent Work approach and the Sustaining Competitive and Responsible Enterprises (SCORE) Programme. Prior to joining ILO, she held positions with the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) and as a researcher and instructor on entrepreneurship at the University of Cambridge, UK.
